If you’re in an accident that is not your fault, the least you should expect from the other party is a car of equal value, size and comfort. However more often than not you will be expected to make do with a basic ‘Class A’ courtesy car.
We can arrange for you to hire a car of at least the model and specification* you have now, while your car is being expertly repaired. So if, for example, your car has Satellite Navigation, we will provide a car of equal specification*.
And the good news is that because the accident is not your fault, the third party insurers will be expected to cover the cost.

2. We will recover your car (if your car is not road legal), anywhere in mainland UK, and return it to our Body Repair Centre
in Newbury, Berkshire or Enstone, Oxfordshire.
3. We will generate estimates, obtain authorisation from your insurance company and handle all aspects of your claim.
4. We will call your insurance company and advise them of your chosen repairer.
