But that’s not all; we make sure that you’re given as thorough attention yourself - from the moment you make an appointment for your vehicle to the moment you collect it. We talk you through the work that needs to be done and co-ordinate our team to get the very best out of your vehicle. We’re also on call to keep you updated whilst your vehicle is with us. When servicing is completed, we explain the work undertaken to make sure you’re completely happy. We invoice you when your vehicle is ready for collection; and if there’s anything else you’d like us to do, then all you have to do is ask.
Of course, our Customer Support Team will be in touch shortly after your service or MOT appointment to confirm that you’ve been properly looked after and that the work was carried out to your complete satisfaction.
