Duties will include responsibility for all aspects of the warranty administration process, which includes timely submission and settling of warranty claims, policy claims and all aspects of claim preparation along with Manufacturer and customer contact ensuring that we deliver on all promises and deadlines.
The successful applicant must be an articulate speaker with an excellent telephone manner and a ‘hands on’, customer focused and communicative character who will take complete responsibility for the warranty process. Excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail are required, along with PC competency. Knowledge of the Kerridge system and/or experience in Warranty would be a distinct advantage.
