To achieve planned Used car sales and profit opportunities within the Dealership and consistently exceeding customer expectations.To support the sales process to ensure that the Ridgeway and Audi experience is delivered to every customer contact either face to face or by telephone to maximise sales and profit opportunities.To manage stock control closely and adhere to the company stocking policies.To manage and take overall responsibility for the operational side of all areas of the Sales Departments including new cars and F & I when your colleagues are absent.
Key Purpose of The Job:
Achieve the highest standard of personalised customer care commensurate with the Ridgeway and Audi brandPlan, organise, coach and motivate the Sales TeamProvide cover and support to the Sales Manager as required in all aspects of the sales processDirect and monitor adherence to the Ridgeway Sales Process and FSA Compliance to deliver planned F&I Penetration and incomeMaintain accurate and up to date records on vehicle sales and finance transactionsAgreed targets are monitored with everyone involved and reviews recorded on monthly basisEnsure all reports (internal and external) are completed in an accurate and timely mannerUsed car range - both physically and via Web Site is presented professionally in line with Audi guidelines and represents the appropriate stock mix, competitively pricedUsed cars are traded-in using the approved appraisal system, ensure trade vehicles are disposed of in a timely manner and in line with company policyControl preparation costs and standards by working closely with the After Sales ManagerThe length of time vehicles remain at the dealership and associated costs are monitored regularly and car prices adjusted accordingly to achieve the required stock turnWorking with Marketing Department so new target groups are acquired systematically through ongoing analysis of advertising effectiveness, cold prospecting (telephone calls, mail initiatives etc.), call monitoring, local advertising/promotional events and other techniques that the Head of Business and Brand Director may deem profitableSupport, motivate, coach and train staff to create and maintain an effective sales team who are fully aware of all F & I and related product, including any special incentives on offerTo ensure that all financial processes linked to vehicle sale are operated in line with Audi guidelinesProvide a comprehensive portfolio of additional Audi approved services such as Manufacturer’s Breakdown Insurance, finance & leasing offers, exchange warranty
Skills & Experience required for the Job: Customer focus and Commercial awareness.Judgement and decision making.Enthusiasm to deliver the Ridgeway and Audi experience.Continually improve product knowledge of self and others.Planning and organising.Personal drive and commitment.Flexible approach to work and people and adaptability to a changing workplace environment.Sales experience in a retail/motor environment.IT literacy - to the level of a good working knowledge.
A competitive basic salary & commission structure along with a Company vehicle is offered.
