Service Team Manager
To suit department hours & to include a Saturday rota
Reporting to the Service Manager, responsibility will encompass all aspects of managing your own team of technicians within a busy workshop ensuring all customer satisfaction, WIP control & Daily Sales Targets are met.
You will be of smart appearance highly efficient and it would be advantageous if you have knowledge of Kerridge and RTC. Good negotiation skills, excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail are required and a desire to go that extra mile to help every customer will be pre-requisite. You should be committed to increasing our CSI results and to maintaining department profitability. Experience in a similar role within a prestige brand, along with a proven track record of excellent customer service is preferred.
