Customer Support Star Expert
Full Time - 45 per week
This role would suit a friendly and approachable individual who is able to make customers feel comfortable and welcome when they arrive in the business. You will possess the ability to excite customers about the brand whilst capturing data on an iPad and promoting the unique selling points of Mercedes-Benz ownership. Providing the ‘hub’ of product knowledge in the showroom you will be able to qualify the needs of a customer whilst directing them to the relevant member of staff. You will provide a unique customer support function on the features and controls during the second handover of a customer’s new vehicle and provide support at temporary off site retail displays.
You will be a team player who is able to work in a structured and process driven environment with good time management and IT skills. A natural high achiever with self-pride in being the best and in turn deliver exceptional levels of service. No motor trade experience required, retail experience desirable but not essential
