That’s why we’ve introduced Service Care; a great way to budget for all your servicing costs, fixing the price of parts and labour for the next two or three services.

Mercedes-Benz Service Care allows you to sign up to a simple Plan that not only includes all the standard service items recommended by Mercedes-Benz but also includes all the mandatory service parts such as spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters and screen wash.

Service Care has been designed to fit around you and your Mercedes-Benz, it offers a range of convenient ways to pay, either monthly or upfront. You simply need to choose which best suits your budget.

Spread the cost.
Service Care helps budget for all your servicing costs by spreading your bills into manageable payments.

A set price for the length of the plan.
We guarantee the price of parts and labour for up to four services and safeguard against further inflation. Service Care also covers the cost of all standard service items including brake fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter and screen wash.

Your choice of workshop.
When your service is due, just decide which of the Mercedes-Benz Official Workshops across the UK you would like to use.

Service Care is simple to manage and budget for – and you’ll guarantee your servicing costs against any further inflationary increases for the length of the plan.

Pay monthly.
Depending on your model, prices start from just £23* a month – that’s less than £1 a day. All you have to do is decide how you’ll spread your payment.
• 2 services can be spread over 12 or 24 months
• 3 services can be spread over 12, 24 or 36 months
• 4 services can be spread over 12, 24, 36 or 48 months

Pay upfront.
Alternatively you can pay a single, upfront payment. This gives you the added benefit of being able to pass on any unused services if you sell your car.

Only the best quality service - Qualified professionals.
With Service Care, your car will only be worked on by manufacturer-trained technicians, so it will continue to perform as the designers intended it to.

Genuine parts.
We will use genuine parts during your service, which come with two years unlimited mileage warranty, and approved lubricants.

Official Workshop recognition.
When your service is complete, your digital or hard copy service book will be updated by the Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop. This can help make your car more desirable to future owners.

Paying monthly
To give you a more affordable servicing solution, you can choose to pay a convenient fixed monthly price according to the model of your car, and can be spread as follows:

• Two services can be spread over 12 or 24 months
• Three services can be spread over 12, 24 or 36 months
• Four services can be spread over 12, 24, 36 or 48 months

Pay upfront
If you prefer, you can choose to pay the full amount for your services in one upfront sum. This also gives you the added benefit of being able to pass on any unused services if you sell the car.
