Car Park Co-ordinator & Driver - Audi Newbury
This role will be front of house and customer facing. There is a need to meet and greet customers in a professional manner, establish their personal and vehicle needs and then to offer relevant brochures, hospitality and locate a Sales Executive/Service Advisor who can assist the customer thereafter.
- Meet and greet all customers on the site in a professional and courtesteous way in line with the Audi brand experience.
- Ensuring a consistent and friendly approach with every customer or visitor to the Centre.
- To meet customers and allocate parking as necessary, transfer vehicles to main car park area and repark cars upon completion awaiting customer’s arrival
- Monitor and effectively manage site car parking areas.
- Be first point of contact for all customers and visitors to the site.
- Collection and delivery of customer vehicles. e. To drive safely and within the road laws, and treat all customers properly and correctly.
- Delivery of parts when required.
- Collection of funds and explanation of invoices when delivering vehicle back.
- Assist with cleanliness of vehicle. i. Help in the centre when requested with all reasonable tasks.
- To maintain CSV’s to company standards and report any defects to the After Sales Manager according to HSO requirements.
- To report any customer complaint on a timely basis and in accordance with centre policy and HSO requirements.
- To work within the company’s Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
- Extra tasks of the incumbent according to his special knowledge and abilities
- Other duties as perscribed
